Following a unanimous November 2024 vote by the Housing Authority of Plainfield Board of Commissioners, the Housing Authority of Plainfield (HAP) and WinnDevelopment began moving forward with plans for the redevelopment of Richmond Towers, a 60-year-old public housing complex.
Richmond Towers will be a resident-driven development to transform and rehabilitate an existing Housing Authority of Plainfield residential site into like-new, high quality housing.
